Is there an age policy when it comes to renting a bike?
Anyone under the age of 18 is required to have a legal guardian sign our liability release form.


Do I need to place a deposit down for the bike rental?
Yes, we accept any valid form of ID as an acceptable deposit method. A credit card will also do the trick.


What should I wear during my bike ride?
That depends on you, and what the weather will be like. We always suggest dressing comfortably, and in clothing that won’t become entangled in the pedal or wheel. We want you to enjoy yourself at all times while sightseeing.


Is it possible to keep the bike for longer then a day?
Of course! We can always offer extended bike rentals if desired. Contact us to inquire about exact pricing related to your specific needs.


Are reservations required to rent a bike?
We suggest always calling, and placing a reservation in advance if you can. In doing so, you guarantee your entire party a bike. We also accommodate walk-ins on a daily basis.


Should I bring anything with me?
Besides ID and payment method, you’ll probably want to bring along a camera to capture every exciting moment you spend in the park. A bottled water may also be wise to stay hydrated.


Do groups receive any type of discount?
Yes, they do. Depending on the total number of people in your party, we can offer you special discounts as a group. Please inquire prior to arrival on the exact discount amount for your group.


Are helmets included?
All bike rentals come with a free helmet to use during your time on the bike. We also include a detailed map of Central Park, and a bike lock in case you’d like to walk around.


Can I bring along my baby?
Yes. We have baby seats available to use with all of our bikes. There is a small additional charge for the extra seat.


Do you rent trailers to accommodate smaller children?
Yes. Bring the entire family with you into Central Park! It’s a great way to spend the day in NYC. Simply let us know what you need, and we can provide it for you.


Are there lockers to use at your location?
Yes, you can store any extra belongings you may have in one of our lockers. Be sure to bring your own lock though, as we can’t provide them for everyone.


Are there restrooms available to use?
Yes, we have restrooms available to all of our customers upon arrival. You will also find restrooms available throughout your Central Park bike ride.


Do your tour guides speak any other languages?
Yes, our guides can speak English and Spanish fluently. We can also provide many other language guides upon request. 


Does your store supply food or beverage?
Yes, we have a small variety of both to choose from at an extra cost.


Is it okay to tip our guide?
Yes, our guides enjoy being tipped, and work hard as a result. Feel free to show your guide gratuity after your tour if satisfied with the experience.
