- If a scheduled bicycle tour/rental is canceled due to bad weather conditions such as heavy rain or snow fall, the customers may choose to get a full store credit (for another day) or full refund.
- In all other cases of cancellation, a full credit (for another day) will be available if the costumers notify us about the cancellation vie email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour/rental.
- No refunds are issued for reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. In the event of severe or dangerous weather conditions, NY Central Park Tours will issue a full refund. If the weather is questionable, please call one hour before the rental time to confirm status.
